Before you send your first file.

Every file is cross-checked against your source documents before it reaches you — names, dates, and figures, line by line. Anything missing or ambiguous is flagged back to you as a question, never guessed at. You review and sign off before anything is final. If a correction is needed after delivery, it's made at no charge. The legal responsibility for the file stays with you — my job is making sure the paperwork in front of you is accurate before you decide.

Your first file is free, so you can see the actual work before spending a dollar. After that, there's no retainer and no minimum — you send files when you have them, at the same flat rate every time. Any correction to CorpoDesk's own population work is made at no charge.

I'm a working corporate legal assistant — this is my day-to-day work, not a sideline. Every template CorpoDesk uses was built independently from the Business Corporations Act itself, not copied from any firm's precedents. I don't give legal advice and I don't make legal determinations — those stay with you. What I bring is accuracy and speed on the document preparation itself, done the same way every time.

I work exclusively with lawyers — never directly with corporations or the public. Your client never knows CorpoDesk exists. Files are exchanged directly with you by email, and nothing is filed with the Ontario Business Registry without your written authorization on record. Your client relationship, and your client's information, stay entirely under your control.

Yes. There's no minimum, no retainer, and no volume requirement to start — the flat rate applies whether you send one file this year or ten. If your volume ever grows past 10 current-year files, the rate drops to $200 and stays there going forward. Until then, it's simply $225 (or $175 for a backlog year) whenever you need it.
