A new corporation needs more than filed articles. I handle everything that comes after — from drafting and filing with the Ontario Business Registry to preparing the complete corporate record and minute book. Nothing moves without your written authorization. You stay in control at every step.

  1. 01
    Forward me the questionnaire responses

I send you my corporate intake questionnaire to forward to your client. Once completed, forward it to me and I'll prepare the draft articles within 24 hours.

  2. 02
    Review, authorize, and pay

I submit the draft articles along with a written authorization confirming all details and fees. Once signed and payment is received, I file immediately — same day.

  3. 03
    Filing and document preparation

I file with the Ontario Business Registry. The Ministry typically issues the Certificate within 1–3 business days. I prepare all corporate documents concurrently.

  4. 04
    Complete package delivered

Once the certificate is received, I deliver the full corporate record and minute book — ready for your review and execution.

A common question
How do you handle confidentiality?

I work exclusively with lawyers — never directly with corporations or the public. Your client never knows CorpoDesk exists. Nothing is filed with the Ontario Business Registry without your written authorization on record.
